The Landing at Gosford is the catalyst project for the revitalisation of the Gosford City Centre. The impetus for The Landing was drawn from the ‘Our City, Our Destiny Masterplan’ for Gosford City, which emphasised the need for the city centre to re connect with its waterfront. This connection and managed development is expected to restore confidence in Gosford.
 
The Landing at Gosford Masterplan identifies a multi staged development, each of which has been guided by the principals listed by the community in the “Our City Our Destiny” Masterplan. The initial stages consists of:

  • Regional Performing Arts and Conference Centre
  • Commercial Office space
  • The extension of Baker st and a Hotel development to support the business tourism, which will be activated as part of the regional performing arts and conference centre.
  • Gosford City Park

If you would like to view 'The Landing at Gosford' model, it is on display at the Corporation's office at 16, The Avenue, Mt Penang Parklands KARIONG. The office is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
